coaching through decisions, conversations, and change when things feel complex, stuck, or uncertain.

Connect with me

I’ve spent over 20 years working closely with people across organizations on the kinds of situations that don’t have easy answers.

My work has centered on partnering with leaders and teams through growth, change, and uncertainty. The work has included everything from hiring and organizational design, to performance, compensation, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. Over time, I found that the most meaningful work often happened in one-on-one conversations, helping someone think through a decision, prepare for a difficult conversation, or make sense of what they were experiencing.

Coaching builds on that foundation. It’s a way to step back, look more closely at what’s going on, and work through it with more clarity. My approach is practical and conversational, grounded in real experience and focused on what matters.

I’m currently completing my executive coaching training through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from The Ohio State University, a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
