What will we talk about?

You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to start; we can work to clarify that together.  Most clients come in with something on their mind, such as:

  • Navigating challenges at work or in important relationships

  • Feeling stuck, uncertain, or at a crossroads

  • Wanting to show up differently in situations that matter

  • A decision they’ve been circling

  • Building confidence or trusting their own judgment

 

What happens during the coaching session?
Each session is a focused, one-on-one conversation, typically held via Zoom or a similar video call. You bring what’s on your mind, and I’ll help guide the discussion.  I’ll ask questions, reflect on what I’m hearing, and help you slow down enough to notice patterns in your thinking.  When useful, I might challenge assumptions or point out what might be sitting just below the surface.  We follow what feels most important in the moment, while staying connected to the bigger picture of what you want.

 

When it’s helpful, I may draw on my experience, offer structure, or bring in a tool, but the focus stays on your thinking and what matters most in your situation. At times, I may jot down a few notes to help track patterns or reflect things back to you, but the conversation stays fully focused on you.

 

Over time, people tend to feel clearer in their decisions and more confident in their judgment.  Not because I gave them answers, but because they found their own.  And that’s really the work. It’s not about advice or a fixed framework, but about helping you arrive at your own clarity.  People often leave sessions feeling more settled in how they want to move forward.
