When Coaching Helps
Coaching can be useful when something important feels unresolved. That might be a decision you haven’t made, a conversation you’ve been avoiding, a situation that feels more complicated than it should, or a next step that isn’t clear.
This might include:
-
Working through an important decision
-
Preparing for a difficult conversation
-
Navigating something at work that feels unclear or complex
-
Feeling stuck or uncertain about what to do next
-
Thinking through a transition, change, or new role
-
Wanting to show up differently in situations that matter
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Most people come in with something on their mind, and we work from there. Our sessions are structured but flexible. We focus on what feels most relevant, take time to explore what’s going on, and work through it in a way that leads to clearer thinking and practical next steps.
The work isn’t about advice or a set framework. However, when useful, I may draw on prior experience, structure, or tools, but the focus is on your thinking and what matters most in your situation.
If you’re not sure whether coaching is the right fit, we can talk that through in an initial Discovery conversation.
